B Suspended Fourth chord (Bsus4) on the guitar fretboard
The B Suspended Fourth chord (Bsus4) is made of B (the root), E (perfect fourth) and F# (perfect fifth). The fretboard shows every one of them across the neck in standard tuning (E A D G B E), and plays them back so you can hear the chord.
The suspended fourth swaps the third for a fourth, so the chord leans toward resolving. The fourth is only a step above the third, which means the two shapes sit very close on the neck. It is a near cousin of the suspended second, which pulls the middle note down instead.
